STEMREGEN collects certain information from you when you use the Website. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat any data we collect that could be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly (“Personal Data”), such as your name, credit card information, and email address. All terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the STEMREGEN Terms of Use.

What we collect and how we collect it.

We collect the information you provide to us through the Website, for example, when you purchase STEMREGEN Products, create an account, contact us, or write a review through the Website, which may include Personal Data such as your name, mailing address, and credit card information.

When you use the Website, we also collect the IP address(es) of the device(s) on which you access the Website.

In addition, we may collect data regarding your use of the Website, such as the type of operating system and browser you use, how often you access the Website, and performance data. We do not link this type of information with any Personal Data. We do not track your physical location.

We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary to allow you to use the Website and purchase STEMREGEN Products through the Website and us to provide and improve the Website.

How we use Personal Data.

STEMREGEN uses Personal Data to process purchases of STEMREGEN Products, respond to your questions and requests, and communicate with you regarding your purchases and/or account, special offers, and products we may offer in the future (collectively, the “Uses”).

How we store Personal Data and for how long.

STEMREGEN stores all Personal Data via cloud services or other technology belonging to third parties with whom we’ve contracted for this purpose. These third parties do not use or have access to your Personal Data other than for cloud storage and retrieval.

We may also store some or all Personal Data on our own on-site secure servers or other internally hosted technology.

We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), comply with contractual obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

Third party use and storage of Personal Data.

We currently use Stripe and /or Authorize.net to process online payments for STEMREGEN Products; Stripe and Authorize.net will collect and process some Personal Data for those purposes. Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy – Worldwide governs Stripe’s use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data. Authorize.net’s Data Processing Agreement governs Authorize.net’s use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.

We use YotPo to provide you the opportunity to review STEMREGEN Products and read reviews made by others. When you provide a review, YotPo will collect and process some Personal Data for those purposes. YotPo’s Privacy Policy governs YotPo’s use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.

We use HubSpot to help us better communicate with you and improve the services we provide through the Website, and we may share your Personal Data with HubSpot for this purpose. HubSpot’s Privacy Policy governs HubSpot’s use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.

If you are a STEMREGEN Affiliate, we will use Recharge and LeadDyno to track your affiliate sales and help manage our Affiliate program. We may share your Personal Data with Recharge and LeadDyno for this purpose, and they may collect your Personal Data for this purpose. The Recharge Privacy Policy and the LeadDyno Global Privacy Policy govern each company’s use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.

We may also provide Personal Data to additional third parties, but only to the extent we deem necessary in order to provide you with the Website or with your express permission.

If STEMREGEN is acquired by or merges with another entity, we will provide Personal Data to that entity, but only subject to terms that provide protection comparable to that provided under this Privacy Policy.

We will also disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances: (i) if it is required by law enforcement or judicial authorities, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation; (ii) if we have a good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process; (iii) to protect our rights, reputation, property or the safety of us or others; (iv) to defend or enforce our rights or your obligations; (v) if the disclosure is required by mandatory professional standards; (vi) to a third party with your prior consent to do so; or (vii) if we are under a duty to disclose or share Personal Data in order to enforce or apply any contracts or agreement that may exist between you and us including this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. Mobile Terms of Service

The STEMREGEN®️ mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by STEMREGEN®️ (“STEMREGEN®️”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to STEMREGEN®️’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of STEMREGEN®️ through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with STEMREGEN®️. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18447838976 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other STEMREGEN®️ mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
