Currently, Kalyagen can receive payments through Stripe. Therefore, we accept any credit card or form of payment accepted by Stripe.
30 Day Refund Policy on your first bottle!
We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer, and your 100% satisfaction is our primary goal. As a result, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the products purchased on the official Kalyagen website. If you do not love Stemregen for any reason, simply get in touch via email on our contact page and let us know you would like a refund.
30 day return period and refund policy
1) This policy applies as a full refund within 30 days from purchase on initial (first-time) orders only.
2) This 30-day money back guarantee is limit one (1) bottle of STEMREGEN (Individual Pack), per household. This one bottle does not need to be returned, and the refund amount will be equal to the value paid.
3) This offer excludes orders of three (3) bottles – Personal Pack or (6) bottles Family Pack, money back guarantee only applies to (1) bottle – Individual pack.
4) To request a refund, under our 30-day money back guarantee policy, for one (1) bottle of STEMREGEN (Individual Pack), please let us know by emailing us at shopping@kalyagen.com
5) Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days back to the original payment method or if applicable once the product is received.
6) For any other return or refund request, please let us know by emailing us at shopping@kalyagen.com. Any product requested to be return outside of our 30-day money back guarantee are subject to approval. If approved all product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received within 14 days of the date the return was requested.
7) All costs associated with return shipping of product back to us including but not limited to return shipping charges, insurance (recommended) taxes and duties if applicable are non-refundable.

U.S. Shipping
We ship Stemregen to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—for free. Once your transaction is complete, Kalyagen will prepare and ship your merchandise to any shipping destination within 2 business days, though our goal is 1 business day. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Kalyagen orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are shipped via standard service and are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. International Shipping
Kalyagen is pleased to offer international shipping to Canada, and some European countries,. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your final total during checkout. Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties that may apply depending on the requirements of the destination country or territory. If applicable, such charges will have to be paid by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Exchange rates applicable to international orders will be calculated according to Stripe and PayPal policies and practices..
Duties & Taxes
Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties that may apply depending on the requirements of the destination country or territory. If applicable, such charges will have to be paid by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.
If the applicable taxes and duties are required by the destination country or territory and are not paid by the recipient, and thus the merchandise is not received by the recipient, Kalyagen will not refund any of the shipping charges and will only refund the merchandise cost if the carrier successfully returns it to us.
